He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Briggs (Rarick); his children, Doris Stewart (Tim), Charles Briggs (Margaret), Dawn Harrienger (Dave) and Debra Sibley (Jack); and his brothers, Toby Elmer (Lena) and Ronald (Deb Tierney).
