It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary R Belcher of Adams Center, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roswell Belcher and Elizabeth Hanson Belcher; and his brother Ron Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Armstrong; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Karen Belcher; his daughter Beth (Scott Wilson); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Mackenzie Belcher, Garrett LaVere and Maggie Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
