He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Thurheimer and Mary Louise Thurheimer (Gorey); his wife Patricia J. Kendall of Glens Falls, NY; his sons, Eric and Kurt; and his siblings, David and Jean.
He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Thurheimer (Michael Eichner) of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, Keira Thurheimer and Karen Thurheimer of Adams Center; his son Kenneth Thurheimer of Chapel Hill, NC.; and his siblings, Judy Jamieson (John), Janet Eassa (Mike), Joanne Mastascusa (Steve), Jill Swank (Bob) and Donald Thurheimer.
