She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Smith; her sister-in-law Lorraine Smith; and her grandson Christopher Boynton. She is survived by: her parents, Edwin Smith and Thelma Shangraw Smith; her husband Alfred; her grandchildren, Rachel Johnson, Travis Ayles, Jason Barry, Brady Boynton, Andrew Fargo, David Fargo and Jennifer Wadsworth; her friends, Jeanne Hubbard and Jeanette Streeter; and her pet Fang.
