He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, William Stevens and Andrea Stevens of Adams; his siblings, Kenneth Stevens of Adams Center and Dana Martinez; his brother-in-law Diego Martinez of Belleville; his significant other Michelle Matthews of Adams; his grandparents, Gay Riley of Adams, Kathleen Vine, Kenneth Stevens, Sr. and Richard Vine; his great-grandparents, Harold, Dorothy Gregory, Sr., Grant and Dora Vine; his uncle David Vine; his nephew Kenneth Stevens, Jr.; and his parents, Kenneth Stevens and Dora Vine Stevens. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
