She was predeceased by: her husband Frend Benjamin Bush; her stepson Clifford Bush; her son-in-law John Schneider; and her siblings, Carol Halcomb, Valerie Hill, Harry, Donald and James Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Smith (Sandra), Brenda Darnley (Ronald) and Juanita Wenzel (Donald); her stepchildren, Linda Schneider and Frend Benjamin Bush III (Suzanne); her daughter-in-law Theresa Bush; and her sister Barbara Miller. She is also survived by Twelve Grandchildren; Five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Janice's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
