He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harley E. Sr. Williams and Cary Gray Williams; his wife Janet Lockwood Williams; and his children, Thomas D. Williams Sr. of Hastings, Sharon M. Kuhnel of Stone Ridge, Julia E. Coddington of Kingston and Jeremy J. Blair of Kerhonkson. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren.
