He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lazzaro Sr. and Linda North Lazzarro of Phoenicia. He is survived by: his children, Justin Lazzaro, Hayden Lazzaro, Morgan Lazzaro and Chase Lazzaro; his brother Mike; and his nieces, Cassandra and Cecilia.
