He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Cindy Leistikow (Pete), Sandy Colwell (Shane) and Micki Raute (Tom); his grandchildren, Tony Greiner (Jenn), Nick Grenier (Melissa), Michael Michalski (Liz), Kyle Patch (Amanda), Craig Patch (Emily) and Brittany Steinbring (Duke); and his nieces, Lisa Vergin and Tari Matizik.
