He was predeceased by: his brother Steve Otto. He is survived by: his parents, Woodie Otto and Rick Otto of Yerington; his wife Melissa Otto of Yerington; his sons, Jeffrey Otto, Jr. and Alex Otto of Yerington; his sister Tammie Enox of Yerington; and his grandchildren, Travis, Seth, Alex Jr., Easton, Esca, Weston and Zoey Otto.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home (25 NV-208, Yerington, NV 89447).
