He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Page and Jill Page; his brothers, Josh (Malissa), Jon, Joe and Jake; his grandparents, Mary Page, Patte McIntire, Tom and Carol Becker; his nephews, Simon and Samuel; and his niece Olivia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
