He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Penner and Martha Penner (Marvin). He is survived by: his son Richard A. Penner; his daughter-in-law Deanna Penner of Manteca, CA; his daughter Tammy L. Martin; his son-in-law Alouis F. Martin of Newman, CA; his daughters, Tracey L. Penner of Highlands Ranch, CO and Christine M. Powell; his son-in-law Philip J. Powell of Westminster, CO; and his pets, Andy and Coko. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Victory Junction in Dennis's memory.
