It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Steinbach of Yerington, Nevada, born in Meridian, Idaho, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Summers and Lona Summers (Donald Dean Steinbach); and her children, Karen Penney and Larry Steinbach (Short). She is survived by: her significant other Dean Steinbach; her family, Billy, Karen and Larry (Short); her son Billy (Elaine); her grandchildren, Jessica Page, Jill Martin, Heidi Fish, Monica Brown, Kyle Penney, Lorie Arellano and Misty Rubio; and her siblings, Richard Summers of Seattle, WA and Pauline.
