He is survived by: his parents, Henry Tom and Christine Tom; his wife Walita; his children, Clarence Collins, Corey Tom and Rhonda Sandoval; his stepson Richard Carter; his siblings, Gordon Tom, Keith Tom, Karen Miller, Sandy Hicks, Robert Benton and Russell Tom; and his stepson Chris Carter. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
