He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Tibbals; and his siblings, Susie and Joe. He is survived by: his mother Dr. Carol Tibbals; his children, Adista Emler (Dave), Daylene Starr (Craig), Blaine Tibbals (Ashly) and Jesslyna Cochrane; and his siblings, Walt, Bryon, Robert, Byron, Michelle, Monica and Margo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 foster grandchildren.
