She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Smith and Frank Johnson; and her siblings, Scott Frazier, Cynthia Stockfitch and Corin Cathlene Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany Carmen and Tara Richardson; her grandchildren, Andrea Carmen, Dylan Carmen and Nick Carmen; and her brother Merrin Frazier.
