She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Edward Foote and Willie Emeline Neetles; her former husband Milton Pearce McCoy; her sibling Creeks; her friend Robert "Bob" Sallee; her children, Timothy Farrell Valerie Jr. (Lisa), Carrie Ann Clark, Dyann "Dede" Stephanie Rookstool (Roy) and Jennifer Lee McCoy; her cousins, Wanda Marie White, Billie Mace and Milt McCoy; her husband Bob Sallee; her daughter Dawn Lovell Stephenson Devries; her siblings, Walter Raymond McBride, Henry Earl Short, Mary Geneva McBride and Gracie May Short; and her cousins, Les Bernard Nicholson and Orville Lee Nicholson. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
