He is survived by: his son Chad; his grandson Kayden; his wife Cori; his sisters, Sandra Yowell of Pacheco, CA, Jeri Lewis of Pocatello, ID and Kathie Hawks (Michael) of Bullhead City, AZ; his sister-in-law Leslee Dopita (Patti); and his mother-in-law Cloe Lewis of Pocatello, ID. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
