He is survived by: his father Richard Doke of Oklahoma; his wife Kim Doke; his children, Ricky Doke (Rochelle) of Missouri, Jenifer Jonovich (Joshua) of Arizona and Dustin Doke (Tashyn) of Nevada; and his siblings, Tammy Linder (Pat), Craig Hill (Mishelle), Kelly Hill (Melissa) and Casey Hill of Missouri. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
