He is survived by: his daughter Adriana Lara (Ruben Solorio); his wife Soledad Lara; his son Raul Lara Jr. (Rachel Lara); his grandchildren, Darae Browner, Shailey Lara Peaslee (Matt Peaslee), Chasey Bradshaw, Braidyn Anderson, Nakiya Lara, Brylie Lara and Mauricio Lara; his great grandchildren, Hayvnn Browner, Sarran Smith and Kaden Peaslee; and his siblings, Manuel Lara, Alejandro Lara, Rosalio Lara, Jesus Lara, Daniel Lara, Salvador Lara, Armando Lara, Rufina Mendez, Jose Lara and Graciela Castellanos. He is also survived by several family members including numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
