We bid farewell to Norman Darrell Sweeney of Winnemucca, Nevada, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 16, 2025 at the age of 78. Norman Darrell touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Sweeney (Stiner) and Leithead "Doc" Sweeney; his siblings, Gordon Sweeney and Colleen Sweeney; his son Randy Sweeney; and his grandson Garett Grady-Sweeney.
He is survived by: his friend Cedarville; his sister Nelda Sweeney Utterback of Dixson, CA; his wife Ginger Sweeney; his children, Chuck Sweeney (Adel), Maryann League (Michael) and Kimberly Sigston (Paul); his former wives, Laura Sweeney and Samantha Campbell; and also, Casey and Kelly Campbell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Surprise Valley Community Church (405 Bonner St, Cedarville, CA 96104).
