He was predeceased by: his brother Casey Holden; his grandparents, Jim, Catherine Murrish, Charles and Nora Holden; and his uncle Bob Holden.
He is survived by: his friend Employee; his parents, David and Kathy; his sister Meredith Pickett (Matt); his niece Olivia; his nephew Carter; and his aunts and uncles, Steve Holden (Diane), Jerry Murrish, Margaret Erickson and Kathleen Holden. He is also survived by his family and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Loyola Sacred Heart Foundation where a scholarship has been established in his brother, Casey Holden's, name.
