She is survived by: her daughter Ricki Lou Tugmon (Fred Tugmon); her husband David Charles Winstrom; her daughter Stepheni Dennice Brackney Koestner (William Koestner); her grandchildren, Philip Lee Tugmon, Bobby Joe Tugmon, Will Daniel Tugmon, Walter Hicks and Katherine Koestner; and her siblings, Emal Lorenz and Beverly Thorsell.
