He was predeceased by: his parents, Rio Hall and Ruth Hall; and his siblings, William "Billy Ray" Hall and Lillian "Sue" Hall Thompson Molzahn. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hall; his children, Cherise Hall Lott (Dustin), Larry Hall Jr. and Chantil Hall McInnis (Jody "Joe"); his grandchildren, Derrick Lott, Caillah Lott Chandler (Ryan), Kodeth Howard and Brooke Howard; his great grandchild June Monroe Chandler; and his siblings, Joe Hall (Laverne), Don Hall (Diana), Lila "Toots" Hall Burns and Ivy Green.
