She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kathleen Blair and Carl Blair; her uncle Steve Blair; her aunt Sharon Blair; and her mother-in-law Kimberly Kay Crowley.
She is survived by: her wife Patricia Patterson; her daughter Kimberlynn Patterson; her parents, Jennifer Lee Hazlett (Blair) and Jeffery Daniel Griffin; her stepparents, Carolyn Griffin and Ernie Hazlett; her siblings, Mason Hazlett and Alexis Ann Griffin; her stepsiblings, Annanoelle Holding and Ayden M. DeVries; her father-in-law Don Patterson; her siblings-in-law, Tyra Crowley and Ryan Henstock; her grandparents, Ann and Clarence Griffin; and her aunts, Teelah Tucker and Kelly Underwood. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to her daughter Kimberlynn via trust fund.
