She was predeceased by: her parents, P. Lillian Kost (Bekken) and Albert W. Kost; her husband Wayne B. Simons; her sister Gladys; her daughter-in-law Annetta Simons (Nester); and her granddaughter Amber Jolley (VonGrey).
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Kost of Sturgis, SD, Ernie Kost (Pam) of Canyon County, CA and Dory McGee (Keith) of Sioux Falls, SD; her children, Sundae Orwick (Dale) of Winnemucca, NV, Cindy Jolley (Merrill) of Auburn, CA and Sam A. Simons of Moorcroft, WY; and her grandchildren, T. J. Hardy, J. R. Jolley, Shannon L., Natalie Lowery (Multz), Cody S., Maria Lowery (Palos), Sam, Serenity Madison (Jolley), Dustin, Lori Pantano (Simons), Alan W. Simons, BJ and Britt Alvarez (Jolley). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
