He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Mondt and Dawn Mondt; his wife Cheyenne McCoy; his children, Maleena Nichole and Draven Douglas Ray; his grandparents, LeRoy Mosel and Barbara Gatlin; his brothers, Michael, James and Stephen Mondt; and his sisters-in-law, Bethany, Erin and Stephanie Mondt.
