She is survived by: her children, Christine Kurkowski (Tom), Diann Serna (Tony) and Jay Cunningham (Ronda); her grandchildren, Brian Serna (Ashley), Regina Serna-Torrence (Cassidy), Teonna Clark (Jasper), Amberly Witt Kurkowski (Chuck), Ted Kurkowski Chlandra (Shannon), Amanda Tabet (Joey) and Heather Alacron (Mishell); her great grandchildren, Beverly, Norma Witt Kurkowski, Nevaeh Serna, Ryker Serna-Torrence, Chaysen, Parker Clark, Soffie, Matty Kurkowski, Natalie and Kyle Tabet; and her siblings, Kent R. Johnson, Dixie L. Oldfather and Madeline Freemon.
