She is survived by: her children, Cari Covert, Samuel Covert, Karl Covert and Sara Covert; her grandchildren, Elisha Banania, Adam Banania, Benjamin Mendoza and Olivia Covert; her great grandchildren, Nathen Ferris, Etaya Haynes and Deniah Haynes; and her brothers, Richard McKenzie and James McKenzie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
