He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Smith and Christine Smith of Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Lindsay Smith of Kingston, NH, Laura Smith of Kingston, NH and Brad Smith (Kristen) of Ellsworth; his stepson Bryan Couture (Sam) of Milan, NH; his grandchildren, Bennett and Sylvie Smith of Ellsworth; his sister Helena McMillan (Bill) of Groveland, CA; his nephews, Michael McMillan and Marc McMillan; his niece Karen McMillan; his friends, Everett Ramsdell, Gary Lam and Pamela Whittier; and also, Trent and Sarah Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Paul's honor be made to Narraguagus Post 8, American Legion, PO Box 81, Cherryfield, ME 04622.
