Holtz Jr. (Lisa) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jeannie Reid (Randy) of Montana, Richard D. Holtz of Sparks, Nevada, Joseph A. Holtz of San Antonio, Texas and Elton C. Banning (Myrra) of Las Vegas. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
