He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Jay Minnie Sr.; his grandparents, Frank, Marge Minnie, Forrest and Marie Whipperman; and his stepsister Christa Burdick (Minnie).
He is survived by: his wife Briena Minnie; his stepdaughter Brooklyn; his mother Jeanne Minnie; and his sisters, Kristal Barnett and Lacie Carl. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, a niece, and a large circle of friends and coworkers.
