She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gertrude M. Childs and John Thomas Hodge, Jr.; her brother John Thomas Hodge of Hamilton; and her children, William Millsap of Sun Valley, Kathleen Shubert of Gilbert and Susan Balikov of Olympia, Washington..

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation to the Susan G. Komen organization that seeks a cure to breast cancer and supports those who are dealing with it.
