With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Swainston (Smith, Nevada), born in Wellington, Nevada, who passed away on November 24, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, George D. Swainston and Dorothy Wright Swainston; his spouse Margarite Wheat (Peggy) of Elko; his son Richard Dion Swainston (Cheryl); his siblings, Harry W. Swainston (Annette) of Carson City and Alice Jeanette Wiggins (Calvin) of Reno; and his grandchildren, Dion and Devon Swainston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that a contribution be made to a charity of choice.
