He is survived by: his parents, Norma Crabtree and Woodrow Crabtree of Whitley City, Kentucky.; his parents-in-law, Wendy Titus-Soberg, Jim and Karen Matheus; his sons, Mitchell (Mindy), Carson, James "Walker" Bruck, Benjamen Lee Gatlin and Shepherd Lee Pinion Crabtree; his grandchildren, Bison Lee and Lightning Lee Meadow Bruck; his brother-in-law Richard Zemke; and his sisters, Sherry Hatfield (Jesse), Vanessa Barnett (John), Patricia Perry (Terry) and Betty Dean (Curtiss).
