He was predeceased by: his father Melvin M. Russell; and his sisters, Jana L Roupe and Arlene Russell. He is survived by: his mother Anna P. Russell; his wife Linda Leeper Russell; his sons, Jason Cuningham and Colte Russell (Terry); and his brother Gerald Russell (Claudia). He is also survived by her mother and 6 siblings, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
