He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Tony and Tina; his grandsons, Cayman (Hollye) and Grason (Sydney); his great grandchild Jess; his siblings, Jeanie, Evelyn, Judy, John, Bill and Dorothy; his grandchildren, Baby Duane and Carlie McCall; and his caregivers, Michele and Katja. He is also survived by twenty nephews and nieces as well as numerous cousins.
