She was predeceased by: her parents, Candido Perez and Evelia Perez; and her friend Neal Starr of Reno. She is survived by: her husband Danny; her son Jesse (Erin); her grandchildren, Colton and Emery; her son Jeremiah (Loni); and her sisters, Norah Abujasen of Reno and Ida Rangel of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Nidia requested donations be made to "Moms on the Run" to benefit local women battling cancer.
