He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Mills and Rose Mills; his wife Muriel Vella Mills; and his daughter Katie Rose Mills. He is survived by: his grandson Christopher; his children, Teena Mills Tuttle (Kevin Tuttle), Timothy W. Mills Sr. and Christopher L. Mills (Jane); and his grandchildren, Sarah Mills Humphreys (Marshal Humphreys), Timothy W. Mills Jr. (Audrey), Nolan R. Mills and Tanner C. Mills. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
