He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hermsen, Sr. and Iris Dahlgren (Hermsen); and his stepmother Earlene Caldarera (Hermsen). He is survived by: his wife Janice Hermsen; his stepdaughters, Tanisha Chacon (Edgar) and Jennifer Brewster (Ricky); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emma (Chacon), DeMarcus, Leah, Trey, Myah and Isley (Brewster); and his sister Lisa (Mike). He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends.
