She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Curtis, Shirley Clay of La Salle, Dr. Goodwin and Patricia Toraason of Peru, Illinois.; her cousin Christopher Toraason Pompa; her aunt Anne Piercy; her cousin Emily Piercy; and her great-aunt Dr. Mary Louise Toraason.
She is survived by: her significant other Bryan; her children, Isabella Bono and Salvatore Bono; her parents, Dr. Jeffrey Toraason and Barbara Toraason; and her siblings, Sarah Counter (Dereck), Matt Toraason (Meredith), Elisabeth Henson (Chuck), Mark Toraason and Erik Toraason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, her family would like donations to be made to the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe.
