He is survived by: his father William Banks; his girlfriend Tammy; his siblings, Will Banks (Sierra) of Sutter Creek, John Banks of Sacramento, David Banks of Visalia, Jennifer Hernandez (Jesse) of Stockton and Wendy Garcia (Carlos); his son Joseph Aquino; and his grandchildren, Haylia, Xavior, Deago, Raelynn and Micah of Port Orchard.
