He is survived by: his wife Caryn Louise Ludwick; his children, Tara, Sidney and Jordan (Melyssa); his grandchildren, Mataya, Kekoa, Keali and Kamea; and his sisters, Audrey, Laura and Iris. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
