He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Allen and Doris Ellen Bauer Penrod of Elberta, Utah.; his wife Debbie Allred of Payson; his sons, Nathan and Tyson Penrod of Reno, NV; and his sisters, Judy Cooper (Murray Utah), Nancy Queen (Surprise Arizona) and Jill McClellan (Payson Utah). He was also cherished by eight beautiful grandchildren.
