She was predeceased by: her father James Blakely. She is survived by: her mother Marie Blakely; her daughters, Lauren Smith (Shain) and Justine Ross (Jim); her grandchildren, Grayson, Madison, Jaxon, Noel and Emmett; and her brothers, Jimmy and Bobby Blakely.
