She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Aldean was a star in the Chicago restaurateur industry, so much so, that in admiration, she was often featured in the Chicago Tribune and had awards bestowed upon her by Channel 7 News at a black-tie dinner for her contributions to Chicago's restaurant history.
