He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Palsgrove and Florence M. Palsgrove; and his brothers, Jack and Leon Palsgrove. He is survived by: his wife Sunny; and his brother Mack Palsgrove. He is also survived by three children, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
