He is survived by: his children, Mike (Marla) of San Marcos, CA, Shellie (Lee) of Toquerville, Todd (Cindy) of St. George, UT, Abbey, Dylan, Annie, Stephani, Samantha, Shanon, Carson, BrieAnn, Masayon, Connor, Madison, Shad, Austin, Travis, Kaci, Loni, Jimmy, Eliza Jane and Rivers Harvey. He is also survived by parents and siblings.
