He is survived by: his wife Nancy Osborne; and his children, Ray Hague (Dianna), David Osborne (Susan), Mark Osborne (Mary Anne), Kimberly Newberg (Randall) and Ruth Osborne (Scot). He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
