He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Boutin and Yvette Rose Eva Nadeau; his wife Marjorie Boutin; his brother Paul Boutin; and his daughter Barbara Boutin.
He is survived by: his sister Francoise Bouchard; his daughters, MaryJo Kullmann and Sarah Hess; his grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan Kullmann and Gabrielle Kullmann; and his great grandchildren, Lucill and Jonathan Kullmann Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
